Our History

Rumbu consumables was registered as a Limited Liability Company in 2015 We are a consumer goods manufacturing company that creates and develops products with localised flavours and appeal. Rumbu has had gradual and stable beginnings, starting by investing in a small-scale bakery to produce several varieties of bread with a unique tastes and texture specifically carted to the Nigerian market. This first Strategic Business Unit (SBU) is called Chop-Chop. We have other branded Strategic Business unit called Crust which is being developed to provide Luxury concessionaries to a specific target market. We plan to roll out a new SBU called Rumbu Zobo, which will standardise the production of the famous Zobo to cater for the existing demand of localised healthy natural drink.
